RETURN POLICY
Juleez specializes in creating one-of-a-kind work musical instruments, fine art, fine crafts and unique works of art. Due to the process of creating 0ne-of-a-kind custom created musical instruments, these items are not returnable as each work of art is custom created to order.
I have never had one unhappy customer and take pride in the quality of our one of a kind works of musical art, fine art and fine crafts.
If you have any problems we will work to fix the problem. Defective items damaged in shipping will have a claim filed with the carrier and customer must contact Juleez upon receipt of item to report damage, provide pictures and the item must be returned to Juleez to be replaced.
